Jonathan Justus is the Founder of Elevana and a seasoned enterprise portfolio and governance leader with over 15 years of experience in strategy-to-execution. He has worked extensively across IT infrastructure, cloud governance, ISO 27001 compliance, and SOC 2 frameworks — helping senior leaders align teams, sharpen communication, and deliver results under pressure. Jonathan founded Elevana to close the gap between technical expertise and professional effectiveness, bringing structured, real-world frameworks that professionals can apply from day one. He has designed and delivered programmes for corporate teams across India and the Gulf region, and personally coaches leaders through Elevana’s PRO series and 1:1 engagements.
Sam Arul Dasan is Head of Programs at Elevana, bringing over 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, ITIL process management, and technology implementation across multiple industries. He has trained thousands of professionals in communication skills and business communication frameworks, and is a core architect of Elevana’s PRO Communicator and PRO Leader curriculum. Sam is passionate about helping professionals bridge the gap between technical knowledge and effective workplace communication — translating complex ideas into clear, structured frameworks that stick. He has also coached leadership teams in ITIL best practices and helped organisations reengineer how technology is implemented, communicated, and adopted at scale.
